Very nice erland (again). I guess it could be an idea to have two 'modes'. One random when used as a screensaver. And another not-random for use when browsing.
In the latter case obviously some optimisation is needed in order to make it more useful. Its probably never going to be as fast as say the regular album browsing method. But things such as remembering where the position in the list upon exiting/entering, perhaps switching into some kind of letter-only mode when things go really fast etc. could be nice.
