Repeated "restart now" messages usually means the download failed in
some way and the checksum doesn't match.  I've seen this before as
Softsqueeze is a large download for a plugin and I think a timeout kicks
in and truncates the file. 

You can check if this is happening by enabling in WebUI
Settings/Advanced/Logging server.plugins to INFO and make sure the check
box "save logging settings for use at next application restart" is
checked and then click apply and then restart SBS.

Then check the server log for message about Softsqueesze after restart
and all the plugin restart prompts.
