You don't seem familiare with the Web interface and playing URLs. In which case please test this URL - it is the same station only an MP3 stream. This will make sure that your network connection is OK.
http://www.somafm.com/illstreet24.pls So if the MP3 works but the AAC (illstreet48.pls) doesn't then it sound like an installation problem. On what OS does your server run ? What version of SBS have you installed ?
