I too cannot login with Squeezebox Server. But even when trying to login online, at this address:
http://www.xmradio.com/player/home/xmhome.action I can login with my email and my password. But if I go from there to My Account, it asks me to login again with my USERNAME and password, it fails. So, my guess is, the XM web site is in the process of changing their login protocol, and we are being locked out.
