No point providing a log of a working system. I think the problem was network or BBC server related. With the BBC RealAudio service - server banks handle regions so when problems happened only some users were affected. Also when problems happen (e.g. maintenance on server on Sun night) Radio 4 users were where the problems seemed to show up first.
