Hey Peter, I set mine to poll every 15 minutes.
It has worked correctly since I changed the DNS settings from Google back to Time Warner. I have no idea if cause/effect is the DNS change but I monitor it to see. I do know this our family is so used to SDT that we can't go out side without checking the Squeezebox first. :) It is amazing how much this one plugin became a part of how we live.
