It's possible that you've uncovered a bug. Would you be willing to rerun this sometime? Switch SrvrPowerCtrl's logging to 'debug' (SBS Settings->Advanced->Logging) and try to replicate the same conditions. Let's see where SrvrPowerCtrl is going wrong here. Thanks.
