Could you check if there are any errors in the /var/log/messages file
on the Touch ? 

You can get it using SSH.
If you don't know how to use SSH to get it, you can install my
SqueezePlay Admin applet on the Touch and my SqueezePlay Admin Client
plugin on SBS and browse the Touch file system through the SqueezePlay
Admin menu in SBS web interface.
The SqueezePlay Admin applet+plugin is available in my testing
repository, so you will have to configure it in SBS Settings/Plugins:
