The issue is obviously known. The problem is that as opposed to what it's supposed to do, the DatePicker (that wheel where you enter the time) if it's created in a certain way (using interface builder) will never import the correct time zone but instead use the one of the system where you compiled it. Which is why I never got that issue. You have to override the time zone on the actual invocation. This still fails if you change the time zone while the app is running but that's probably a somewhat remote case.
