I do not know what this Slacker error is, but my guess from the URL listed is that it's a transcoding error of some sort and possibly a Slacker bug.
Can you provide me details on the Slacker custom radio station you use? Name or genre or ??? I tend to enjoy Slacker whenever I want to listen to a different selection of tracks for a custom radio stations.
