When testing the stream with mplayer at a console prompt I noticed the stream takes about 60 secs from pressing return to when audio is heard.
How long does it take for you ? Your SBS Radio station timeout ( WebUI Settings/Advanced/Network/Radio Station Timeout) should be greater than the time it takes for it to start playing for you.
