After a bit more analysis it seems the class tag on the page is slightly changed from what sdt expects ton find.
Instead of "twc-col-3 twc-forecast-when" the tag is instead "twc-col-3 twc-forecast-when twc-severe" -- sdt crashes because the expected tag isn't found.
