I can see all the processes you describe in Process explorer now. I'm not going to change anything until it stalls again so that I can see what is hanging around process wize after the event. I'll bet it won't happen again ;-) I have a couple of processes that look as if they belong to wmc, wmpnetwk.exe and ehrecvr.exe. I'll look at my startup settings to see if I can loose them after the next stream crash. Again thanks for your help. I'm learning fast here :-)
