No idea on the first one because I haven't been able to follow what
exactly you've installed/deleted/cleared. On the second, could it be a
hidden folder? The likely suspects for plugin folders (and, at least in
theory, the only suspects) are listed in the SBS web ui under Settings >
Information > Plugin Folders. What do you see if you descend into each
of the folders listed there?
