You are probably correct that Custom Scan has not scanned those ratings at all. I finally got the Custom Scan Rating Scan going with debug logging. The ratings are converted (and for some reason also my CustomTag Trackyear is retrieved). It seems that one or two files are scanned per second so it will take almost a day to scan my 120k tracks to update ratings for the 18 new albums I just added.
