Ah, OK. Short answer: Yes. (As long as you always use the same iTunes account). There is one limitation: Playback in iPeng for iPhone and iPeng for iPad is not the same, you always have to remember that to not accidentally purchase it again in the other App. If you purchased the iPhone version, you can use it (playback) in both apps without re-purchase (if you enable it in either App on the iPad, it will work in both and of them and you can always install the iPhone App on the iPad for free), so you can also use it on iPad for free. The other way around doesn't work (because you can't install the iPad App on the iPhone). You can purchase the discounted version for iPhone then, though (for $1). Sometimes App Store _can_ actually be complicated.
