Or you could just use one of the other play modes like add or add-next. See "Help->Quick Tutorials->Albums/Playlists". That will avoid blowing away your playlist.
Using a different touch-to-play will probably confuse other Squeezebox users even more since the TTP is how the SBs and the Controller and the Logi App as well.
