I don't know what MOG is. Softsqueeze uses Javasound library to stream http mp3 streams directly from source - they do not get processed by LMS. In this case it looks like the Javasound library doesn't recognise as valid the MP3 stream that comres from MOG - at a guess there is a non standard header attached and by skipping forward over this header, Javasound finds the mp3 audio frames and so can play the stream.
