Dr Lovegrove and Chunkywizard, on my new Windows 7 install I had the same sqlite error message and Moose could not scan. Then I started Moose.exe as Administrator and voila it works now!
There is now a System.Data.SQLite.dll within the Moose folder itself, that wasn't there before I tried this.
