I finally got the plugin (version 2.0.4) running. I've read a few posts discribing how to install, but every post describes it differently :) None of them worked for me (I might have done something wrong there), but what did work for me was the following:
1. Launch Putty (or another console tool) and login to your QNAP as admin user 2. perform a "find -name 'Spotify*'" from the root. 3. Move (backup) each Spotify reference and remove it from it's original location 4. Download v2.0.4 (See first post in this thread for the correct location) 5. Unpack the zipfile 6. There's a folder named "Spotify" in it. I renamed it to "Spotify204", because I find that more clear when I look for it later. 7. Copy Spotify204 (or Spotify) to /share/HDA_DATA/.qpkg/LogitechMediaServer/var/home/SqueezeboxServer/Slim/Plugin/. (use Putty, WinSCP or whatever) 8. Change the user and group of the folder to "SSODS" (and don't forget to set it recursively) 9. Now I went to my Logitech Media Server plugins page and there under "Active plugins" there's Spotify (v2.0.4) 10. Click it's settings 11. Change Helper App Port from 9005 to 9002 and save. 12. Change Helper App Port back to 9005 and save. 13. Set your username and password and save.
