I think the issue might be that you have set the "Only include when
these libraries are active (empty = all)" and "Exclude when these
libraries are active" and this means that these menus will only be
shown when the currently active Multi Library library is matching these
settings.
To set the currently active Multi Library library, you goto
Extras/Multi Library menu on the main home screen of SBS/LMS.
If you still can't get it to work, leave the above mentioned two
options empty and see if that makes it work better.
