No. iPad will come, but probably not this year (this year has only about six weeks of development time for serious changes left if you want them on the store and not risk to have an issue-laden App on the store over Christmas).
As with the iPhone version, changes will be more than just graphics and two UI redesigns at a time would have been a bit too much.
