Is there some EchoNest analysing tool, like there is for Moodagent (http://www.moodagent.com/desktopprofiler) or MusicIP?
A tool to analyze unknown (to TEN) tracks? Yeah, they do have something, but I'm not familiar with it. They have both an online tool as well as an offline tool you'd have to run on your computer. echoprint might be what you're looking for: http://echoprint.me/
