Also as a reminder...I get mixes from the network, but not from my music (although it is trying...) and I do not see mixes when I use the blender, but again, it is searching.....
I checked your catalog - it's empty. From the scanner.log I don't see any reference to the Smart Mix plugin. It seems to be incomplete anyway. Did the scan finish successfully at all? It looks as if it failed scanning new files or playlist, and never got to the point to trigger the library export for Smart Mix. You might want to re-try a scan after enabling debugging for plugin.smartmix.
