Hello, I see that when locally playing through iPeng there is an option to bitrate limit, for example, over 3G.
For this to work does bitrate limiting have to be set on the server under the player option? Does iPeng somehow tell the server to bitrate limit when needed? Also, I only see the bitrate limit option for the iPeng player, not for other players. Is it just a feature you have not gotten to yet? Or is there some limitation?
