I try to understand why some mp3 files don't have sound with localplayer
: it seems there is a problem either with my files, either with the
libmad library. I have these messages in the log file, and no sound.

Can someone help me ?

I read that there is no crc in general in mp3 files, and that the case.
I try to read the same file with VLC, I get sound, but there are similar
errors with the latest version of VLC (2.0.6 Twoflower) :

When I use an old version of VLC (0.8.6f), everything is ok : no warning
or error message.

Thanks
