Thanks for the reply but I'd already tried that and it doesn't fix the problem.
I in the VB web Gui I've stopped and restarted LMS, which does actually restart it, but the problem with the plugins is still there. I've also rebooted the VB. I can't remove the two plugins as they seem to be "stuck" in the updates available state.
