I've just tried adding and removing "Playlist Manager" and it worked as expected, so others seem OK.
And I've also just tried to update the 2 problem ones again and they've updated fine and a re now listed as active. Haven't done anything different but it seems playing with a different plugin has kicked into back into life somewhere??
