Triode, GREAT plugin. Turns spotify on Squeezeserver from "ho hum" to something really worth having. I'm having a silly problem and I've skimmed this thread but can't find a simple answer. I'm running LMS 7.7.2 on a mackbook pro on mountain lion 10.8.4 with a variety of squeezethings, but my main device is a Touch. I alternate between listening to content of my local library (on a Time Capsule) and streaming from Spotify. I have a fairly trivial problem which I'm sure will cause you to slap your head and think "idiot"!!! If I restart the LMS all works well. If I stop listening for a while, eventually the Touch disconnects from the server. If I choose some local content all's well again. But if I try listening to spotify I typically get a time out. Running the plugin self test tells me the helper app isn't running. Rebooting the server gets me back to "all's well" and the cycle repeats itself. There's probably something trivial I'm missing? Is there a simple way of kicking the helper into action without rebooting LMS (which obviously stops any other devices) or stopping it from stopping in the first place?
