Same thing happened here. I was on the one-month Hi-Fi trial, but my
account settings were set for Premium.

Premium doesn't give access to Flac streaming. Check in Qobuz My Account
Settings > External Services and check
Activate listening in CD quality (FLAC 16 bits/44.1 kHz) is enabled.
