What I wanted to say is that the Boom/Radio's sound quality probably just isn't good enough to make you hear the difference between high quality mp3 and flac. Therefore it's not worth spending money for this feature. If you really want to hear the difference, you'd better use some good amp (as you probably do when playing through your PC). Many users wouldn't even hear the difference on a Touch connected to their amp.
