Thank you for this great plugin. I'm using Qobuz and the plugin for just
over a month now. It runs on a Qnap TS-119 into a Squeezebox Duet.
I know the hardware is ageing, but it works fine for playing local flacs
and with triode's Spotify plugin. The TS-119's specifications are much
better than the TS-109 which was mentioned some pages ago (the TS-119
has a Marvell 6281 running at 1.2GHz and 512MB RAM, not much slower than
current single bay NASses).
Using Qobuz and your plugin, I've had issues with the slowness. But now
I have - generally - an acceptable performance after getting rid of
other apps on the Qnap, updating to LMS 7.7.4, setting "Radio Station
Buffer Seconds" and "Radio Station Timeout" to the maximum, setting "MP3
Streaming Method" to Proxied Streaming and even replacing the harddisk
in the NAS - which I was planning to do anyway.
My problem now is that some tracks are skipped in a random matter.
Sometimes an album is played perfectly, more often a few tracks are
skipped. Occassionally it fails while playing a track, but this much
rarer than skipping. I've included logs below. This doesn't happen when
I run LMS on my PC. I don't see any other options now than replacing
hardware, which is costly of course. Do you know of any other options?
