2.0.13 Fix catalog Full Albums Only option (again, after fix roll-back in 2.0.12.01). Fix scroll-area sizing in Now Playing page. Only show 10 artists at a time in "You may also like" section on album/artist pages - with [More] link for next set (Last.fm API can return 100 very similar artists when artist to match is quite obscure). Only show 10 other tracks of the same name on the Now Playing page, with [More] link for next set if > 10.
