2.0.08 New "Lightbox" standard theme (inspired by pinterest.com) Thumbnails now do not have to be square, and options removed for generating rounded corners on thumbnail or cover - this is now driven by the theme. - NB. it is recommended to regenerate all thumbnails to take advantage of the new/modified themes. Theme selection added to main window toolbar (no need to visit Options) Classical artist header style option. Fix minor layout issues.
