That's a feature telling you which custom artwork formats the scanner creates. In this case 150x150 images for iPeng. This speeds up the first use of each artwork because otherwise otherwise the server would have to create the artwork thumbnails when iPeng load them for the first time.
Don't check the boxes. They are only there to DELETE the pre-caching options.
