I ran a full scan last night to no effect. I then turned off the players
and the computer. On rebooting this morning I got one of the playlists
to play as it should on the Touch(one that was configured with Trackstat
settings and FLAC). I then tried some of my other playlists on the
Touch and they played incorrectly but played. When I reinstalled LMS a
few days ago I also wiped the cache and some pref files in the old
installation. In the new install the Dynamic playlists that I had made
to use only FLAC and Losseless songs had reverted to MP3 in the Playlist
configuration file (strange indeed) so I corrected this. Now one player
plays these correectly , playing FLACs the other player still play that
playlist with MP3s even though the configuration file was updated to
FLAC
