That has been a pretty frequent request, however, it would severely impact the usability. The problem is that disconnects happen more often than you might think. Usually iPeng queues your commands and sends them as soon as the connection becomes available again although this is not the case for buttons because then pressing the button again would maybe send dozens of commands, maybe much later.
But a lot of functionality still works - you can browse your library, look at the current playlist and so on - blocking all that just to show you that you are disconnected would make the App much less usable. But maybe a notification in the status bar or something could make sense so that you have a visual clue about the connection status. --- learn more about iPeng, the iPhone and iPad remote for the Squeezebox and Logitech UE Smart Radio as well as iPeng Party, the free Party-App, at penguinlovesmusic.com *New: iPeng 7, the Universal App for iOS 7* ------------------------------------------------------------------------ pippin's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=13777 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=51929 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list plugins@lists.slimdevices.com http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
