Did you purchase the playback feature in iPeng 7? If not, you either have to install the iPeng version you purchased it with on the new iPad, too, and restore it there (it will then work in iPeng 7, too) or you need to enable iCloud on both the new iPad and an old device where playback is already working (make sure "Documents&Data syncing" is enabled in the iCloud settings). The App Store can't share In-App-Purchases between different Apps so we have implemented our own mechanism which only works between two iPengs on the same device or through iCloud, though.
