The icons themselves are completely different, but they both use the same 'icon' field to reference. For the Radio/Touch/Controller icons, there are .png icons in a plugin sub-directory, and they are named to correspond to the 'icon' text (clear, cloudy, partlycloudy, etc.). I probably just named the wrong icon to "partlycloudy.png".
