No plugin file attached, because I think my changes (deleting AM, PM for european time pattern) are of no interest for most people. Seems to me that there are no followers in this thread from Austria, Germany etc. where the changes apply. tcutting will give us a new plugin very soon, I am shure. So I did not want to disturb this thread with versions of his plugin.
