It is also my impression that Triode has a good relationship with the people at the BBC. A few years ago I was in contact with the guys dealing with on-demand because of an intermittent problem with R3 and they were in contact with Triode. In fact, rather than trying to push the BBC into publishing details for HLS on-demand it might be better for Triode to get the information quietly, through his contacts. (Or at least it would be if he is around.)
