ah ... this is not normal at all. You mean that when switching between (eg) Qobuz, then Deezer, then playing a local file (or even between tracks), the volume is reset to the minimum ? It is not supposed to do that LMS 7.7.2 - 5 radio, 3 Boom, 4 Duet, 1 Touch, 1 SB2.
