AFAICT there's no such plugin. And it wouldn't even make sense, as this should rather be implemented client side: the web server can only send one response, eg. one file. As others mentioned before you'd have to wrap the files into one archive or the like.
You'd better have a client side script which grabs the URLs from the server using the status query, then downloads one file after the other.
