Ok, here's what I imagine what is happening.
TEN doesn't know the concept of albums. When scanning your library for
information about songs, artist and track name is all we have. Therefore
it can't know whether a track has been recorded live or in the studio.
It will just pick one.
With music services I would imagine they have more information.
