I don't believe the plugin supports multiple spotify accounts, so the only thing I can think of is to have another instance of LMS running on a different machine/IP address and then have this one configured to use your wife's account and then just change the clients to connect to the right LMS instance - yeah a bit messy - it would be great to see family accounts supported by the plugin natively, but I guess this is unlikely unless Adrian decides to make a reappearance.
