One more SB3 is never a bad choice I would say.
But given the environment you describe and the asking price for an SB
these days, I would take a 2nd hand/refurbished Airport Express
(2012-current model) and put that near the PC. You would get line out
for the PC (digital or analog) and a boost to your wifi signal as a
bonus. (You can disable wifi but then connectivity is limited to a
2-port 10/100 switch.)
Here in FR the refurb store is depleted but months ago I got many of
these, brand new in neutral packaging, for 79€ after VAT. That's
62.95£, Google says.
I would recommend you head over the Airplay bridge plugin thread if you
have the slightest hesitation.

(by "about perfect sync", I meant I can, from time to time, hear a L-R
shift between sources when an airplay speaker is located less than 10
feet from a source driven by a synced SB3. If the distance is above
10ft, and surely at 15 ft. I can't hear this shift anymore. It is
extremely accurate, very satisfying to listen to.)
