For me the songs and playlist also don't get copied. (Sony Xperia z5 compact, Android 6.0.1, SD card present). Connection is OK, and playlist does get generated, but the file copy process is over in a few seconds. Seems almost a permission problem, because why would the playlist (m3u?) also be missing?
