The problem is, that behavior requires the app to use Android's audio
system, telling the system that it wants to have focus for audio
playback, and listening to changes in audio focus. Since Squeeze Ctrl is
not really an audio app, it doesn't need to do any of those things. In
general, an app shouldn't request audio focus unless it really needs it
since it will affect and be affected by every other app that plays
audio.
