The same paragraph describing render parameters also states.
"The portlet-container must not propagate parameters received in an action,
resource or event request to subsequent render requests of the portlet.lxxii"
Event provider must take care of hiding these parameters before firing the
event for processing which is only done currently in the rendering phase.
There is already made wrapper for rendering purposes that hides the query
parameters. A remnant part has been removed from it and the reason it to be
obsolete is described in the trunk.
