Here's a fresh eventing.provided_jaxb_proposal.090907_r23.patch I promised to
deliver. It is basically the same as the previous ones but I had to tweak the
org.apache.pluto.internal.impl.StateAwareResponseImpl.isDeclaredAsPublishingEvent(QName)
a bit to meet the event provider interface that has been narrowed down. This
method and isValueInstanceOfDefinedClass could be pushed to provider side as
well in order maximize extensibility (value-type could be interface or sub type
etc.), but that would have bloated the patch too much at the moment.
